Power Grid Solutions Pty Ltd (PGS) is an electrical engineering consultancy based in Brisbane that provides power engineering solutions in Australia, South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. We provide consulting engineering services in the area of power system studies and design of 220/132/110/66/33/22/11/6.6kV AIS and GIS substations.

For clients who are facility owners with access to the software (ETAP, PTW, Powerfactory), we provide electronic files for the power system models we develop at no extra cost. Our value-added service includes basic training straight after a major power study has been completed. This ensures the clients can update and maintained their model without incurring additional costs.

Innocent Bisanabo,

Specialist Power Systems Engineer, MIEAust CPEng, NER, RPEQ (14438)

Innocent, as a managing director and founder of Power Grid Solutions brings 10 years of power systems consulting experience to projects. His power system engineering experience includes conducting feasibility studies and network simulation studies using state of the art software packages: ETAP, PowerFactory & PTW tools. He has completed numerous studies in heavy industries including mines, oil refineries, factories, utility distribution and transmission systems. His design experience includes concept and detailed design of secondary and primary systems of 220/132/110/66/33/22/11/6.6kV AIS & GIS substations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of the Witwatersrand (Johannesburg, 2007), and a Master of Power Engineering degree from the University of Wollongong (New South Wales, 2013). To stay abreast of the latest development in technologies, Innocent undertakes regular advanced technical training in USA, Germany & Australia in a form of short courses and seminars on various power system engineering topics. As a volunteer, he serves as a panelist for CPEng Professional interview in Brisbane.
